Program description and consent
By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages from Stay Tyler, a recipient consents to receive recurring operational text messages from the Stay Tyler Operational Alerts program. Participation is limited to Stay Tyler owners and authorized team members or personnel.
Consent applies only to this Stay Tyler program and is not consent to receive promotional marketing messages. SMS is not used for unsolicited marketing.
Types of messages
Messages are sent to authorized Stay Tyler personnel—not to guests—and may include:
- Internal alerts about guest-related property issues
- Maintenance notifications
- Safety-related notifications
- Property management and operation updates
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers and plan providers may charge recipients according to their individual wireless plans.
Opt out and help
STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After a STOP request is received, Stay Tyler will send a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless the recipient later agrees to re-enroll.

Delivery
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by a recipient’s mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Stay Tyler’s handling of mobile numbers and messaging consent is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
Stay Tyler may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
