Stay Tyler operates a low-volume, non-marketing SMS program that sends operational alerts about its short-term rental properties in Tyler, Texas.
Messages are sent only to authorized Stay Tyler personnel involved in property operations. Guests are never enrolled and never receive messages from this program.

No guest, customer, or member of the public can enroll in this SMS program. There is no public guest signup form.
How consent is collected
During onboarding, authorized Stay Tyler personnel provide their mobile number directly and complete a Stay Tyler SMS Operational Alerts Consent Form confirming their agreement to receive operational SMS alerts. Consent is collected on a signed written form and is never purchased, transferred, or imported from another source. Permian Homebuyer LLC d/b/a Stay Tyler maintains signed records for every authorized recipient enrolled in this program.
Opt-in method
Proof of Opt-In
Consent for the Stay Tyler Operational Alerts program is collected on a signed written consent form completed during recipient onboarding. This is the only opt-in method used for this program. There is no website signup form, no keyword opt-in, and no public enrollment path — guests and members of the public cannot enroll.
Each authorized recipient reviews the consent statement shown below, provides their name, mobile number, and role, and signs and dates the form. Permian Homebuyer LLC d/b/a Stay Tyler retains every signed form as the enrollment record for that mobile number.
The image below is an actual completed and signed enrollment record. The mobile number is partially masked for privacy; the complete record is retained by Stay Tyler and is available to carriers or aggregators on request.
